What We Look For at Check-In

These standards apply at check-in and reconciliation. Units that do not meet them are adjusted accordingly.

ABS Units

Part ID must be present, correct, and legible
ECM module must be present and intact
No broken plugs, mounts, ports, reservoirs, or housings
ECM module cover must be undamaged (50% deduction if broken)

*Other quality standards may apply.

Boosters

Part ID must be present, correct, and legible
Rods must be present; housing must be undamaged
Free of rust and pitting
Studs and hubs must be intact (50% deduction if broken)

*Other quality standards may apply.

Calipers

Free of excessive rust, pitting, and corrosion
Housing must be intact; inlet threads must be undamaged
Original OE units only; no aftermarket
No rotor drag or wheel drag units
Brackets must be present (75% deduction if missing)
Bleeders, levers, arms, and pistons must be present (25% deduction if missing)

Hydroboosters

Part ID must be present, correct, and legible
Original OE Hydroboosters only; no remanufactured or aftermarket units
